About Kyle & Destiny

We’re Kyle and Destiny Lancaster. Husband and wife, San Antonio locals, and the co-founders of Rodeo Vacation Rentals.

Our short-term rental journey began in the Smoky Mountains, where we launched and now manage a top-performing vacation rental with over 160 five-star reviews. We quickly earned Superhost status on Airbnb and Premier Host status on VRBO, and we’ve been hooked on hospitality ever since.

Kyle brings years of experience as a full-time real estate agent with a passion for helping investors build profitable rental portfolios. He’s personally walked through hundreds of homes, analyzed the numbers, and guided clients toward smart investments that perform well in today’s market. His insight as both a realtor and rental owner gives our clients a serious edge.

Destiny is the detail-obsessed half of our team, making sure every guest experience is seamless, and every home is cared for like it’s our own. With a natural eye for presentation, strong organizational skills, and a heart for service, she ensures that both guests and homeowners feel truly looked after.

Brad Larsen is a seasoned property management expert and co-founder of Rodeo Vacation Rentals. With over two decades in the real estate industry and more than 1,000 homes sold, Brad brings a wealth of experience in residential property management, business development, and client service.

Brad is also the founder of RentWerx, a leading long-term property management company serving San Antonio and Austin. Under his leadership, RentWerx has grown to manage over 1,000 homes and has become one of the most respected names in Texas property management.

A former U.S. Army Infantry Captain, Brad’s background is rooted in leadership, discipline, and execution. He’s also the host of the Property Management Mastermind Podcast and founder of the national Property Management Mastermind Conference. With an MBA, multiple real estate designations, and a long track record of success, Brad is known across the industry for raising the bar on what excellent property management looks like.
