The People Behind Rodeo
Owner-Operators, Not a Call Center
We're not a franchise and we're not a national brand. We're two founding teams who live here, own rentals ourselves, and answer the phone.
Kyle & Destiny Lancaster
Co-Founders
We're a husband-and-wife team and San Antonio locals. Our first short-term rental was in the Smoky Mountains, where we built a listing with over 160 five-star reviews and earned Superhost and Premier Host status. Kyle's a licensed Texas real estate agent who's walked through hundreds of investment homes. Destiny runs the details, presentation, and guest care side. We manage Rodeo the same way we managed our first rental: hands-on, from day one.
Brad Larsen
Co-Founder
Brad has spent more than two decades in Texas real estate and has sold over 1,400 homes. He founded RentWerx, a long-term property management company that now manages over 1,000 homes across San Antonio and Austin. A former U.S. Army Infantry Captain, he built his career on discipline and systems. He brings that same operational backbone to Rodeo.
